The Canvas Dubai - Mgallery Hotel Collection

I choose this spot for my stay as it suits me perfectly. The staff once helped me with a late check-in, and I've been coming back. It has all I need: Wi-Fi, room service, rooftop pool, kitchenette, laundry. I'm looking forward to my Christmas visit!

The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is spacious, well laid out, and has a amazing bathtub. The bed is comfortable. The location is quiet which is great for rest. The hotel has a luxury and relaxation vibe.

Loved Xmas at this hotel! The location was perfect - just a short walk away from the metro station and close to all the attractions. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful view. The rooftop bar was a highlight, offering great drinks and a lively atmosphere. We also enjoyed the pool area, relaxing and peaceful. a fantastic experience during the holiday season!

Disliked a few things. First, the noise from the rooftop parties was a bit too loud, and it went on late into the night.

We had a luxurious stay with exclusive amenities at this hotel. the Spa & wellness centre, Sauna, and Swimming pool were top notch. the rooftop pool and sun terrace offered stunning views. the restaurant served delicious dinner and buffet breakfast options. the service exceeded our expectations.

There was a minor issue with the room not smelling fresh. this did not impact our overall positive experience at this venue.

I chose this hotel for attending a business conference, and it provided Meeting Room 1, which was perfect for our smaller group discussions. The hotel's focus on business is evident, making it convenient and conducive for work-related purposes, which was the main highlight of my stay.

The breakfast was delightful with enough options of local and European foods. The Spa and Gym area were lovely but the pool area was restricted to children over five years old. The hotel's location was convenient for us, and we were prepared to pay for taxis to explore bars or the Spa.

There was not enough attention paid to soundproofing in the hotel.

As young holiday goers, we loved the amazing hotel facilities, including the stunning pool with a great view and the beautiful rooms. The staff were incredibly friendly and cared about our experience, especially the receptionist girl. We felt well taken care of and had a fantastic time.

The staff members were friendly and quick to respond. The hotel was impeccably clean and had a pleasant aroma. The room design was relaxing and calming, with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and the food overall was great. The hotel facilities were also impressive, and the price definitely exceeded the quality. We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities it offered. The gym and pool were great for a morning workout and refreshing dip. The staff were very friendly and helpful. the location in the old part of town was perfect for a fun walk around and exploring the local culture.

Ventilation issue

Our family had an amazing time immersing ourselves in the rich history and culture at this hotel. The unique narrative carried throughout the hotel was captivating, and it truly felt like we were living a tale of adventure and romance. The hotel's close proximity to both the old Dubai and the bustling downtown, as well as the serene environment, made our stay truly remarkable.

In my wife's opinion, the addition of more age-appropriate entertainment options for children would enhance the family experience.

The hotel's design is stunning, but what they don't show in the pictures is the broken furniture and the unprofessional room service that keeps you waiting for ages. Breakfast is a feast of empty dishes, hardly any options - perfect if you enjoy feeling hungry!

Such a shame that the jackets I left in my room mysteriously disappeared, but hey, at least they were kind enough to charge me for the minibar until I debated with them about it!
